Mark Haedicke 

Mr. Haedicke has over 25 years of experience in the commodity trading business. He was the only non-Wall Street representative on the Board of Directors of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association for six years. Most recently, he has advised hedge funds, investment banks and commercial banks on financial and physical trading matters. He has also worked extensively on litigation and dispute resolution with respect to trading contracts. Previously, he advised a variety of energy companies, including exploration and production companies, regarding energy trading contracts and energy trading regulations. 

Mr. Haedicke is also an Adjunct Professor at the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston, where he teaches financial and physical trading, and has authored numerous training materials for courses on energy trading used by Energy Seminars, Inc. Mr. Haedicke received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Honors College at Michigan State University and his law degree from Wayne State University. Danny J. McCarty

Mr. McCarty has over 25 years of legal and transactional experience in oil, gas, real estate, sales and corporate acquisitions. He has represented small exploration and production companies, interstate and intrastate gas pipelines, developers, and power producers as a lawyer and as a business consultant. Mr. McCarty held several management positions within Enron Corp. including Chief Operating Officer of Enron Europe and Chief Commercial Officer of Enron Transportation Services (Northern Natural Gas, Florida Gas Transmission, and Transwestern Gas Pipeline). Mr. McCarty is presently a Principal at Nottinghill Ventures (www.nottinghillventures.com), a Texas based real estate investment company.

Mr. McCarty received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and received his Juris Doctor from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a member of the Texas, Kansas, and Nebraska Bar Associations. He is a member of the Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Section, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Texas Bar and has met standards promulgated by the Texas Mediation Roundtable.
